Ingredients

  • 1 packet tarte flambée batter, approx. 260 g or homemade
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 handful black olives, pitted
  • 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ paprika, red or yellow
  • Pepperoni, pickled
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 crème fraîche or crème légère
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Place the tarte flambée batter on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix the sour cream, tomato paste, thyme leaves and / or finely chopped rosemary needles and the pressed garlic clove well and spread on the dough.
  3. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes (dice large tomatoes), cut the onions and peppers into thin strips, and the peppers and olives into rings. Spread everything on the baking sheet and pour the sheep`s cheese in pieces or cubes over it.
  4. Bake the tarte flambée at 225 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until the desired brown color. Cut into pieces and serve.
  5. Tip: The ingredients are already seasoning very well, so they don`t necessarily have to be salted.
