- 30 g mararine or butter
- 1 bunch soup greens
- 75 g reen spelled (reen spelled meal) or 5-rain meal, possibly more
- 1 liter meat broth or vegetable broth
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Herbs, chopped

- Clean the soup greens and cut into small cubes or thin rings. Heat the margarine in a saucepan and sweat the soup greens. Then add the green spelled grist and roast briefly. Add the broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Beat the egg with sour cream until smooth and add. So that the soup bind and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the chopped herbs to taste.
- The soup also tastes very good with 5-grain meal. If you like the soup a little thicker, you can also use 100 g meal (that`s how we like it best).
