Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 50 ml water, cold
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 bunch herbs for green sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup natural yogurt (small cup)
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and clean the herbs. Then puree finely in a blender or hand blender. Mix in the sour cream and natural yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Knead the first 7 ingredients into a dough, line a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper with the dough and also form a rim.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  4. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Stir in the sour cream and low-fat quark and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Now mix the egg mixture with the green sauce and stir in the parmesan.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly onto the dough and bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 40 minutes (the baking time may vary depending on the oven), the quiche should be nice and brown. Then let it rest for 5 minutes and then remove it from the mold.
