Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 orange (s), pressed
  • 1 lemon (s), squeezed
  • 4 cm ginger, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup, palm honey or agave syrup
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 1 handful crushed ice, optional - then use less mineral water

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the oranges and lemon freshly, chop the ginger into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender, chop and mix on the highest level.
  2. Super tasty, healthy and good against colds!
