Ingredients

  • 4 fish (s) (char or trout), gutted and washed
  • 2 liters water
  • 140 g salt, or sea salt
  • 1 handful parsley, smooth, cut
  • 1 handful thyme, fresh, cut
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the water and all the other ingredients into a brine. Put the washed fish in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. To grill, place the fish in the fish grill and grill each side on the hot grill for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the size), turning it several times.
  3. The fish no longer needs to be seasoned, because the brine has given it a great taste.
