Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean the trout again and thaw the frozen trout properly.
  2. Lay the trout on their backs and carefully clean the inside with a sharp knife. (The trout should now be inside without any contamination, i.e. only white meat should be present.
  3. Now rub the trout with salt and pepper.
  4. Then place 3-4 small pieces of butter in the trout`s belly pockets.
  5. Cut the bacon into small cubes and mix with parsley and pour everything into the trout until they are plump.
  6. Now wrap the trout in aluminum foil and put everything in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
  7. Mashed potatoes are delicious with this.
