Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon water, hot
  • salt

  • 250 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare a batter from the first six ingredients. Prepare the dough several hours before processing and let it rest.
  2. For the topping, chop the trout fillets and place in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and dill.
  3. Grease a springform pan. Pour in the dough and distribute it well. Put the fish mixture on top and distribute it as well. Put the trout cake in the oven.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
