  • 2 slices feta cheese, thick
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 hot peppers, green, from the glass
  • olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • tomato
  • Artichoke hearts, from the can
  • Oregano, dried
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a small bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and let it steep for as long as possible (preferably overnight).
  2. Halve the feta slices. Tear aluminum foil into suitable, small pieces. Cut the onion and pepperoni into rings. Place the halved feta cheese on a piece of aluminum foil and brush generously with the garlic olive oil and the pressed garlic. Then season well with the black pepper, basil and oregano. Finally, spread the onion and pepper rings on top and, if you like, also sun-dried tomatoes and / or artichoke hearts. Now fold the aluminum foil into four small packages. Place these on the grill and grill well (approx. 10 minutes depending on the heat).
