  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 leek

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the yeast in a little lukewarm milk and mix in a little flour. Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then mix the rest of the milk, butter, egg, salt and flour with the pre-dough, knead well and cover the dough for another 45 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, chop the bacon and leek and toast them in a little oil in a pan. Add to the yeast dough with the grated cheese and knead everything together well.
  3. Pour the dough into a bundt pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  4. The bundt cake tastes best when it is still slightly warm!
