Ingredients

For the tzatziki:

  • 500 g natural yourt, 1.5% or 3.5% fat
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

For the meat:

  • 600 g yros meat
  • 1 large bell pepper (s)
  • 1 packet cheese, grated. approx. 200 g
  • 1 small can corn, approx. 330 g

Also:

  • 1 tablespoon fat for frying
  • 1 package wrap (s)

Instructions

  1. For the tzatziki, put the natural yogurt in a bowl. Cut half of the onion, the clove of garlic and half of the cucumber into small pieces and put in the chopper and cut into very small pieces. Then put the mixture in the bowl with the yogurt. Add salt and a little pepper and stir well. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  2. For the gyro pan, cut the remaining cucumber and the cleaned paprika into small cubes. Cut the remaining onion into rings. Put the corn in a colander and drain. Have all the ingredients ready next to the stove.
  3. Put the gyros meat in the pan with a little frying fat and fry well. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Add the onion rings and corn kernels to the meat. Heat for a few minutes and then add the remaining ingredients and simmer gently. Season to taste and season to taste.
  4. Place the wrap on a plate and top with grated cheese. Place in the microwave for approx. 20-30 seconds. Then put something from the pan in the middle of the wrap. Pour two tablespoons of tzatziki over the topping and fold the wrap.
