Ingredients
- 500 g pork (yros meat)
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 180 g sheep cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- cheese, grated
- 1 cup tzatziki
- salt and pepper
- chili
- garlic
- some Maggi
- oil

- Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top-bottom heat). Cut the peppers and onions into small cubes.
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry the onions until translucent and then add the sliced meat. Finally, briefly add the peppers. Now just season and put everything in the baking dish (including the juices).
- Now bake the casserole for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese on it and then put it in the oven again for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the tzatziki extra for dipping. French fries also go well with this.
