Ingredients
- 1 kg meat (gyros meat)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche or creme legere
- 1 bottle sauce (cocktail sauce)
- 1 bag cheese, grated (for gratinating)
- salt and pepper

- Fry the seasoned gyros in a pan.
- In the meantime, mix the cream with the crème fraîche and the cocktail sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the seared meat in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees in the preheated oven on the middle rack until the cheese has turned golden brown, this takes about 20 minutes.
- I serve with rice or baguette and salad.
