Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 600 g potato (s), waxy, boiled (possibly from the day before)
- 4 medium tomato (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 large onions
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- salt
- pepper
- 0.75 liter ¾ meat broth
- Flour
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Cheese, grated, amount to taste

- Fry the mince until crumbly, wash or clean the onions, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms and cut into small pieces. When the mince is seared, add the vegetables and braise everything.
- Chop or squeeze the garlic and also braise it, then stir in the mustard. Dust everything with a little flour, stir well and pour the meat stock over it, bring to the boil and stew for approx. 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce. In a baking dish, first layer sauce, then sliced potatoes, again sauce and potatoes, top with sauce. Then sprinkle the cheese over it.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. You can also finish cooking the casserole in the microwave, the cheese then stays nice and soft.
