Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs processed cheese (ham cheese)
  • 1 can (s) mushrooms
  • 1 pack ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • Sweet paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cooking tortellini. Bring the sour cream, cream, cheese, mushrooms and chopped ham to the boil. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and broth. Mix with the tortellini, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Baked at 200 ° C until the cheese has melted.
