Ingredients

  • 100 g wheat flour, whole rain
  • 60 ml water
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon tomato sauce, hot, possibly with pecorino
  • 30 g cheese (oat cheese), thinly sliced
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • Chili powder, possibly
  • oregano
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. For the dough, put the flour, water and olive oil in a mixing bowl and process into a smooth dough. The dough must no longer stick, otherwise you will have to work in more flour. The dough can also be made with normal wheat flour if you don`t like whole wheat flour.
  2. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured work surface, then pull it apart with your hands in the air until the dough is wafer-thin. Place on the baking sheet and brush with the tomato sauce. Top with tomatoes and goat cheese. Season with oregano and chilli.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. At the end, sprinkle the pizza with rocket.
