Ingredients
- 400 ml juice (elderberry juice), sweetened
- 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy, sweetened
- 350 ml rum, white, at least 40% alcohol.
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 sachets vanilla sugar (bourbon), or one vanilla pod
- 300 g suar, brown, or rock suar
- Lemon (s), can also be omitted

- For the approach you need a bottle of at least 1 liter and more. Then you put the juices and the alcohol in the preparation vessel and add all the ingredients one after the other. The juices can be homemade or bought. The brown sugar is made as needed, depending on how sweet the liqueur should be. The brown sugar or rock candy adds a little bit of the caramel taste.
