Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 2 bunch soup greens, à. approx. 500 g
  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 liters chicken broth, instant
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, dried
  • 300 g cooked sausaes or sausaes
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop the potatoes, soup greens and mushrooms. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Heat the fat in a saucepan and sauté the onions while stirring. Add the potatoes, soup greens and mushrooms and fry a little more. Pour in the chicken stock, add the thyme and cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Cut the sausages into slices and let them steep in the soup for 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
