Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1.3 kg roast beef (high rib, on the bone)

Instructions

  1. Rub the high rib generously with the Worcester sauce. Then sprinkle with salt and rub in as well. Place in a vacuum bag and shrink-wrap. Transfer to the sous vide container and cook at 56 ° C for 8 hours. When the time is up, sear the rib on all sides in a cast pan or on the grill. Then cut into slices and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
  2. Pan-fried vegetables and dips go well with this.
