Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions.
  3. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.
  4. Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink inside.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the chopped spring onions and fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour in the hollandaise sauce and stir well to combine.
  9. Season with lime juice.
  10. Just before serving, add the halved tomatoes to the pan and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Serve with ribbon noodles.
