- 2 pork schnitzel
- 2 sachets rice, long grain rice
- 2 packs bechamel sauce (or homemade)
- 1 can fruits, mixed
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Tabasco
- breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (s)
- some butter
- curry

- Boil the rice.
- In the meantime, cut the schnitzel in half, season and bread, and finish frying in the pan.
- Season the bechamel sauce with a little Tabasco (or more, to taste) and heat, add the drained canned fruit.
- Now mix the rice with butter and curry, put half of each in a portion casserole dish, press lightly.
- Now place 2 halves of schnitzel on top of the rice and pour half of the sauce over each.
- Put the two casserole dishes in the preheated oven (approx. 175 ° C) and bake for 30 minutes.
