  • Cooked-smoked sausages – 250 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoon.
  • Sour cream – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens (for serving) – to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes and chicken eggs, boil: boil the potatoes in their uniform until tender, boil the eggs hard-boiled (8 minutes), put them in cold water.
  2. Peel the potatoes and eggs. Fry onions in vegetable oil, add garlic for flavor.
  3. Place a layer of sliced ​​potatoes in a greased dish. Place a layer of fried onions on top of the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the boiled eggs cut into circles in the next layer. Sprinkle them with chopped sausages.
  5. The next layer is potatoes cut into circles. Mix sour cream with an egg, salt, and pepper. Pour sour cream generously. We bake potatoes in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
  6. A delicious, hearty, and simple potato dish is ready. When serving, sprinkle the potato casserole with fresh herbs on a plate.
