For the dough:
Flour – 250 g
Eggs – 1 pc.
Vinegar 9% – 0.25 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
For filling:
Almonds – 0.5 cups (to taste)
Apples – 1 kg
Raisins – 0.5 cups
Besides:
Sugar – 100 g
Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
Butter – 70 g
Breadcrumbs
Directions
Sift the flour, beat in one egg, add salt to taste, vinegar, vegetable oil, and knead a tough dough. Spread the dough on a floured board, sprinkle with warm water, cover with a towel, and leave for 30 minutes.
Wash the apples, cut in half, core, and cut into slices. Wash the raisins. Crush the almonds. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Turn on the oven. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Melt the butter. Grease the dough.
Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Collapse the roll.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Lay out the roll. Lubricate with oil on top. You can sprinkle the apple roll with sugar and cinnamon. Place in the oven on the middle shelf.
Bake the apple roll for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Hungarian roll with apples is ready.
