Ingredients
- 140 g butter
- 70 grams sugar
- 100 grams flour
- 70 g oat flakes, instant
- 2 egg (s), including the yolk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Jam (strawberry jam)

- Knead all ingredients well and form balls out of the dough. Place the balls a little apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use a teaspoon to make a hole in the middle of the balls and fill with the thick jam.
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees
- The biscuits are very crumbly, so leave them to cool on the baking sheet after baking.
