Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
- 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 tablespoon honey, if you like
- 500 ml milk, cold

- If you have a blender with an ice-crushing function, you can put the frozen fruit in the blender straight away and puree it to a greater or lesser extent (as you like).
- If you don`t have an ice crush mixer, let the frozen berries thaw for about 30 minutes until they are a little soft (the following step also applies to fresh fruit), then you can puree the berries. Then add the milk, if you like it sweeter, a little more honey. Then mix everything.
- Best served ice cold and garnished fresh with fruit.
