- 1 medium iceberg lettuce
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 pinches pepper, e.g. 5 pepper mix
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 3 dashes Maggi

- Halve the lettuce and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Fluff in a large salad bowl.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a shaker. Season the sauce to taste and pour over the salad. Mix and let steep for about a quarter of an hour.

- Spice it up with lettuce herbs if desired.
