  • 750 g seasonal veetables, mixed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g beef jerky
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables (mixed for example: carrots, peas, beans, leek, kohlrabi, celery), clean, cut evenly and sauté with the diced beef in the fat.
  2. Add the peeled and diced potatoes and the stock and cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and instant stock, wash, chop and add the parsley.
