Instructions

  1. Mix the peeled and grated raw potatoes in a saucepan with the boiling milk and let simmer over a low heat. Salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into ovenproof, not too small, buttered dishes, deepening the middle with the back of a tablespoon. Add melted butter or fried bacon cubes. Bake in a preheated oven at (250 ° C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. A cold Guinness with a large foam rim goes well with it!
