  • 800 g beans (princess beans, frozen)
  • 50 g onion (s), diced
  • 10 g butter
  • 500 g tomato (s), sliced
  • 10 g parmesan, rated
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Basil, dried
  • Oregano, dried

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans in plenty of water to taste, then drain.
  2. In the meantime, fry the onion in the heated butter. Add the garlic and beans. Season with the spices and herbs. Add tomatoes and stir in. Steam until everything is hot.
  3. Arrange on plates and then serve sprinkled with parmesan.
