Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, crumbled yeast and the warm water. Knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the food processor or hand mixer. Shape the dough into a round loaf, dust with flour and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover and let rise twice in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the bread into a diamond shape with a sharp knife and bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Then leave to cool on a wire rack.
