Roughly crumble the biscuits, place in a bowl and drizzle with liqueur. Scatter frozen berries on top (leave some for decoration). Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, pour hot over the berries, let cool.
Mix the mascarpone and quark with the lemon juice and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Pour the cream over the pudding and distribute it. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Spread the rest of the berries on top of the cream before serving. Easy to prepare.
