Ingredients
- 150 g biscuit (s) (amaretti)
- 250 ml cream
- 5 tablespoon egg liqueur, or more
- 700 g applesauce, fine and / or chunky, possibly homemade

- Roughly crumble the amaretti with your hands (take a few aside for decoration). Whip the cream. Pour 3/4 of the biscuit crumbs into a bowl and drizzle with 4 tablespoons of egg liqueur. Layer 3/4 of the cream and the applesauce one after the other on the breadcrumbs. Garnish with the cream, the remaining breadcrumbs, the whole amaretti and the liqueur.
- You can do several layers, even with crumbs in between. Then it looks great, especially in a glass bowl.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
