Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 g flour, wheat flour
- 225 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 250 g butter, soft
For the filling:
- 1 kg layered cheese
- 2 packs sauce powder, vanilla flavor for cooking
- 1 packet lemon (s) - zest, grated
- 3 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 150 g butter, melted cooled
- 4 apples
- 50 g raisins

- For the dough, sieve the flour into a mixing bowl, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add butter. Using a hand mixer with a whisk, first briefly on the lowest, then on the highest level to crumbles.
- Place a good half of the crumbs on a baking sheet (30 x 40 cm, greased) and press down to a base with floured hands, place a baking frame around it.
- For the filling, put the layered cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce powder, lemon zest, eggs and sugar. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer with a whisk until smooth. Stir in butter.
- Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the apple quarters into small cubes, fold into the layered cheese mixture with the raisins. Spread the mixture on the dough and smooth it out. Spread the remaining crumbs on top.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven. Bake at 180 ° C (preheated) for 40 minutes. (Hot air 160 ° C).
