Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s), grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 3 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pointed pepper, yellow
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (Kimion)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, grated onion, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs and paprika powder and shape into dumplings.
  2. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil. Simmer the dumplings together with the peeled and bite-sized pieces of potatoes (on the electric stove, setting 1).
  3. While everything is boiling, wash and cut the pointed peppers and tomatoes. If you want, you can scald and peel the tomatoes first.
  4. After 20 minutes, skim off part of the broth in the saucepan so that everything is barely covered with liquid. Add the vegetables and tomato paste and season the stew with kimion (cumin), garlic, salt and pepper. Then bring to the boil again for 5 minutes.
