Cook the Chinese noodles briefly (2 minutes) and place in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into small pieces, drain the tuna and mix everything together with the mayonnaise into the pasta. Finally, add a little soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
