• 400 g cream

Instructions

1. Mix the flour and baking powder. Mix with eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla pudding powder to form a dough. Pour into a springform pan (approx. 26cm), sprinkle with flaked almonds and a little sugar (granulated sugar). Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool slightly.
2. Cut in the middle and let cool down completely.
3. Mix the cream with the paradise cream and beat at full power for a good 3 minutes. Spread on the cake base. Place the cake topper on top, press down very lightly.
4. You could eat it now, but it`s best to put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour or two before consuming.
