Ingredients
- 4 slices hunting sausage, approx. 1 cm thick
- Flour
- 1 egg (s), whisked
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 150 ml water
- 250 g ketchup
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- 250 g pasta, e.., Spirelli

- Turn the slices of Jagdwurst sausage all around first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden.
- For the sauce, melt the butter and stir in the tomato paste evenly, then add the flour while stirring. This is followed - also with stirring - water, then ketchup. Now the sauce is seasoned with sugar, salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and arrange everything together.
