- 100 grams flour
- 1 egg (s)
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

- Please make sure that the sausage slices are not cut too thin.
- Turn the slices of hunting sausage in flour, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Firmly press the crumbs on.
- Fry until crispy brown in a pan with hot oil.
- Apply immediately!
