Ingredients
For the ground:
- 200 g flour
- 80 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
For the filling:
- 2 glasses sour cherries, pitted
- 1 pack almond custard powder
For the sprinkles:
- 80 g butter
- 80 g suar
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch cinnamon

- Process the ingredients for the base into a kneading dough and place in a well-greased baking pan, pull up the edge.
- Strain the sour cherries, collecting the juice. Spread the cherries on the floor. Using the pudding powder, cook a pudding from almost 1/2 liter of cherry juice according to the instructions on the packet. D.H.
