Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 300 g carrot (s), rated
  • 400 g suar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 90 g walnuts, chopped
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cup butter, soft
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Now mix the sugar, eggs and flour in a large bowl. This is now lifted under the flour mass. Now add the grated carrots, nuts, drained pineapple and coconut flakes and stir everything well.
  3. Put the mixture in a greased springform pan and bake for approx. 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. For the frosting, stir the powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla sugar until smooth and pour onto the cooled cake.
