Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 130 g quark
  • 10 tablespoon milk
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 250 g flour

For the vegetables:

  • 400 g onion (s), diced
  • 3 bell pepper (s), diced
  • 1 small aubergine (s), diced
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 300 g tomato (s), diced

For the cast:

  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 300 ml cream or cremefine
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and knead with the rest of the dough ingredients. Spread the dough in a well-greased and floured springform pan and also press one edge.
  2. Sauté the onions, peppers, aubergines and zucchini in a pan with hot oil, season with salt and pepper. After about 5 minutes add the tomatoes and turn off the stove. Place the vegetables in the springform pan on top of the dough and spread.
  3. In a bowl or a large measuring cup, beat the eggs with the cream, stir in the cheese and spices, do not save on salt and pepper. Pour the cheese and egg mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven (hot air 180 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
  5. This quiche also tastes very tasty cold the next day (it is then firmer).
