  • 500 g kale, already cleaned, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Hot peppers, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter with pieces

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and fry in hot oil. Add the kale, sweat and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Depending on the taste, heat the vegetables briefly or simmer until soft.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop it together with the pepperoni. Now add the remaining spices and stir in. Add the peanut butter towards the end of the cooking time. Finished.
