Ingredients

  • 4 bagel (s) or burger buns
  • 500 g round beef
  • 4 slices canned pineapple
  • 4 slices processed cheese
  • 250 ml ketchup
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tomato (s), sliced
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • some iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat dough well and then form 4 burger patties out of it. Put the teriyaki sauce in a shallow bowl and marinate the patties in it for about an hour.
  2. In the meantime, put the ketchup, brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of mustard in a saucepan and simmer slowly.
  3. Fry the patties on both sides in a grill pan until crispy. After turning, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt. Keep the patties warm in the oven.
  4. Fry the onion cut into rings until golden brown in the pan and then keep warm. Fry the pineapple in the grill pan on both sides until it has a nice grill pattern.
  5. Bake the rolls or roast them in the grill pan.
  6. Then you can start filling the burger. There are no limits to your imagination. Don`t forget the crispy lettuce and tomatoes!
  7. For me it looked like this: Bun> Salad> Tomatoes> Onions> Meat with cheese> Pineapple> Sauce> Bun.
