Ingredients

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • vinegar
  • Oil (peanut), or vegetable oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and then grate it roughly. Season to taste with lemon (possibly a little vinegar depending on your taste), oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Finely chop the parsley and mix in.
  2. Let it steep for about 2 hours and then season again to taste.
  3. Tastes great with bread and butter or great when grilling.
