Ingredients

  • 600 g beef oulash
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp

  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 3 large cans white beans
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces and fry in a large saucepan until the meat juice has almost evaporated.
  2. In the meantime, chop the onions and add to the meat. Add butter and olive oil, cumin, pepper, chopped tomatoes, paprika and tomato paste and continue frying. Top up with vegetable broth, if you want, you can also season with salt. Personally, I think there is enough salt in the vegetable broth. Wash the beans under running water and put them in the saucepan. Let everything simmer for about 30-45 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice (pilaf) and Turkish yogurt.
