Ingredients

  • 1 kg meat (pork, chicken or turkey)
  • 500 g onion (s), cut into rins
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 3 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup (curry)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Dice the meat, season with salt and pepper and fry. Then add the onions and brown. Now season with paprika and curry powder. Then add the ketchup, cream cheese, sweet cream and water and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Now put everything in an ovenproof pot or roaster and place in the cold oven, lower rail (do not close the pot with the lid!).
  3. Electric stove at 200 ° C for 55-60 min.
  4. Add the mushrooms and pineapple pieces 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  5. Rice or noodles are delicious with it.
