Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (e.. penne)
  • 250 g carrot (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 125 ml broth
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until it is firm to the bite. Add the diced carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain everything very well.
  2. In the meantime, finely dice the onions. Halve the leek lengthways and cut into thin rings. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
  3. Steam the onions in the frying fat until translucent. Add the leek and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with curry and deglaze with cream and stock. Boil something down. Mix in the pasta and mince. To taste. Wash the parsley and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle over the chopping pan before serving.
