Ingredients
- 500 g noodles, (croissant noodles or spahetti)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 onion (s)
- 300 ml cream
- 200 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot pink
- Curry powder

- Cook the pasta as usual according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the onion with the mushrooms in a large pan. In the meantime, dice the ham and add it to the pan as well. When everything is golden brown, add some cream and Gouda cheese. Drain the pasta and gradually add it to the pan, mix in the cream and cheese again and again and also gradually season with salt, pepper, paprika and a little curry powder. Or garnish with a little chives or parsley.
