Ingredients
- 500 g spiral pasta
- 125 g butter
- 200 g cooked ham, cut into small pieces
- 200 g Emmentaler

- Cook and drain the pasta as instructed.
- Melt the butter in the hot pasta pot, add the ham cut into small pieces. Toss the pasta in the ham butter. Serve with grated Emmentaler.
- Salad goes well with it.
- Garlic and finely chopped green onions can also be added to the butter to taste.
