  • 4 schnitzel
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 dash cream
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons mustard, sweeter
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Lemon (s), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Knock the schnitzel. Season with salt and pepper. Brush one side with horseradish and the other with sweet mustard.
  2. Whisk eggs with 1 dash of cream. Turn the schnitzel in flour, then pull through the egg and finally turn in the breadcrumbs. Bake the schnitzel in the oil and butter mixture until they are cooked through and golden brown. Serve garnished with lemon.
  3. Potato and cucumber salad tastes good with it.
