Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 40 g almond (s), round
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g butter

For the filling:

  • 200 g nouat (nut - nouat)

For the cast:

  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 4 tablespoon water, scalding
  • 2 bags tea (mallow tea)

For the set:

  • Almond (s), peeled, halved

Instructions

  1. Put the specified ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make a kneading dough. Cover and chill for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out small hearts with a corresponding mold. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes.
  4. Let the heart biscuits cool down. Stir the nut nougat until smooth and brush the biscuits with it. Then assemble 2 pieces each.
  5. For the icing, scald the mallow tea with the boiling water. Let cool and then mix the red tea with powdered sugar. Then brush all the hearts with it and decorate with a peeled, halved almond.
